Fazli Rameez Dawood

Chairman | Founding Member

Mr. Fazli Dawood is a highly experienced finance and business professional with over 37 years of international expertise spanning financial management, strategic planning, operational leadership, and corporate governance across the Middle East and South Asia.

As Chairman and Founding Member of the company, he provides strategic direction, governance oversight, and executive leadership, supporting the organization’s vision of delivering high-quality business process outsourcing (BPO), financial advisory, and operational support solutions to clients across multiple industries.

Mr. Dawood is also a founding member of the Fair Enterprise Group, contributing to the group’s long-term business development, operational growth, and strategic expansion initiatives across diversified sectors. In addition, he is a founding member and principal shareholder of Yala Wild Edge Hotel, a boutique hospitality property in Yala known for its nature-inspired guest experience and proximity to Sri Lanka’s renowned wildlife attractions.

Prior to entering the BPO and investment sectors, Mr. Dawood built a distinguished career within the international hospitality industry, holding senior finance and management positions with globally recognized brands including Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Hyatt Regency, Swiss International Hotels, Accor Hotels, and Taj Samudra.

He previously served as Financial Controller and General Manager at several Hotels, where he was responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, operational controls, and strategic financial planning. Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex operational projects, financial system implementations, internal control enhancements, and policy development initiatives for multi-property organizations. He was awarded the Best Financial Controller of the Year by Elaf Hotels Group in Saudi Arabia in recognition of his outstanding financial leadership and operational excellence.

Mr. Dawood is recognized for his strong analytical capabilities, leadership qualities, and practical business insight. His experience in financial operations, process optimization, risk management, and organizational development continues to strengthen the company’s ability to provide efficient, scalable, and value-driven BPO solutions to its clients.

Sithy Fathima Dawood

Mrs. Fathima Dawood is a seasoned business leader and founding member of the Fair Enterprises Group, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the group’s financial direction and long-term growth strategy. With over 25 years of professional experience, she has been instrumental in driving business diversification, strengthening operational sustainability, and supporting the expansion of the group across multiple sectors.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated strong expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and business development, contributing significantly to the growth and resilience of the organizations she has been associated with. Her leadership approach combines commercial insight with a forward-thinking vision, enabling sustainable business growth and value creation.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Mrs. Fathima Dawood brings extensive experience, strategic guidance, and a deep understanding of corporate governance, supporting the company’s continued growth and long-term objectives.

Mohamed Fazal Cader

Director

Mr. Fazal Cader is an accomplished financial executive with over 30 years of extensive experience in the global banking sector. As an Independent Non-Executive Director on our Board, he brings a deep understanding of corporate governance, internal auditing, and trade finance. As an Independent Non-Executive Director, his unique background bridges the exact two markets central to our business model, providing invaluable strategic oversight for our specialized Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services.

His deep familiarity with the Saudi financial landscape is anchored by his impactful tenure with Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB), where he was an integral part of the Credit and Trade Operations team. This firsthand experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of the operational needs, compliance standards, and regulatory expectations of Saudi Arabian banking and financing companies.

In Sri Lanka, Mr. Cader, built a distinguished career spanning over 20 years at Union Bank, where he excelled as a Branch Manager and held senior leadership roles in Internal Audit. Throughout these assignments, he specialized in evaluating internal controls, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory frameworks.

His deep expertise in credit assessment, auditing, and risk management ensures our remote teams deliver the highest level of accuracy in credit report writing and financial auditing. Mr. Cader’s strategic guidance ensures our remote BPO solutions seamlessly match the quality and security required by premier Saudi financial institutions.

Zafirah Thamina Fariq

Director

Mrs. Thamina Fariq is an Executive Director of the company, and played an instrumental role in the establishment and early development of the organization. She has contributed significantly to the company’s operational setup, strategic coordination, and foundation-building initiatives during its formative stages.

Academically accomplished, she achieved exceptional recognition in the field of management accounting by ranking 1st in the country and 2nd in the world in the Performance Strategy examination conducted by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in 2010. This achievement reflects her strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence.

As part of the Board of Directors, Mrs. Thamina Fariq brings a dynamic perspective, strong business acumen, and a results-oriented mindset that supports the company’s vision for growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
